Our Soap Watch group started with a few members talking about soaps over a cup of tea before growing into a larger group discussing their favourite programs.
We read magazines and use the internet to research, recap and review the latest episodes and delve deep into the storylines.
Using the internet, we watch clips of old and new episodes to remind ourselves of what has happened which helps with our research.
Talking about soaps helps to form a common interest, improving communication skills and helping people to form their own opinions.
